My biggest passion in life is movement and training. As a personal trainer and group training instructor I share my passion and knowledge. I’ve been working with my body as my tool as a professional dancer and I’ve tried my way in many different parts of fitness Crossfit to Pilates. All this combined with an urge to keep on learning and reading evidence-based studies gives you a creative and knowing trainer.
I’m adapting the training to the clients’ different needs and love the challenge of life having ups and downs. The key to adapt has been, according to my clients, that I listen, I listen and get to know both their mind and body. Throughout the years as a PT I’ve met insecure young adults, semi- professional athletes, women going through pregnancy, women going through menopause, 65+years that are training to stay healthy all the way and a lot more personal challenges. All different challenges make me humble to my task of being a trainer and coach. I want to provide the inspiration for long term change and value both our downs and ups.
