Online coaching is with written training schedule, weekly check-ins and chat available at all time. It will be created with whatever equipment you have at home or at the gym of your choice.
When training outdoors and training in your home I’ll bring the equipment we’ll use.
Training starts with a written consultation that we’ll go through together to create a plan for your training. The price will be decided in regard to the number of hours we’ll do together.
